SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery
Delivery can only be made within mainland Singapore (excluding offshore islands, Jurong Island, Sentosa).
Your order will be delivered on the next working day. If we are unable to, we will contact you via e-mail or phone. Standard delivery hours:
Monday to Friday - 10am to 6pm
Saturday - No delivery
Sunday - No delivery
Public Holiday - No delivery
Store Pickup
You are welcome to visit our store to make your purchase or take delivery of your order. Click on the Contact Us link to locate our store address.
Store operating hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm (Lunch break from 1.30pm to 2.30pm). Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
Pricing and Taxes
Price quoted is inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) and is based on availability of product. In the event that we are in an "out-of-stock" situation, we will try our best to recommend a similar product. Prices on the website are subject to change without prior notice at The Company's sole discretion.
Product/Services Offered
The Company continually updates and revises products and services offered at its web site. The Company may revise and/or discontinue its offerings at any time. Changes between what is offered for sale and what is described in marketing materials (ads, catalogs, specification sheets etc.) are possible.
Orders Cancellation
Cancellation of orders shall not be accepted if made 24 hours after a purchase is completed, or if made after the product has been shipped or dispatched to the customer.
Payment Options
The Company accepts payment by cash on delivery and other payment methods as reflected in the payment options. The methods of payment are subject to change without notice at The Company's sole discretion.
We accept advance payments through cash, credit card, PayPal & cheques. Cheques should be made payable to "Stowzone Pte Ltd". Please note that delivery for such payment options will only be dispatched upon transaction cleared (e.g. cheque is cleared for payment).
Out-Of-Stock Items
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) to our store in person for exchange or a refund.
Return must be done within 3 days of purchase.
In the event that you opt to get our company to collect the return goods, there will be a $12
re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.
if you wanted to place an order on the same trip for the collection of refund items, please make a fresh order from our web store.
Item(s) must be unused, clean and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.
Shipping and Handling/Risk of Loss
Product prices do not include shipping and handling. The Company will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is customers'. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is the responsibility of customer to file a claim with the carrier.
Despatch Notification
We will notify you by email or a call when your delivery is dispatched. While every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives on time, to assist us in concluding your order satisfactorily, we ask you to ensure that someone is available to receive the consignment and advise us of any periods when the premises may be closed so that we can notify the dispatch.
An additional service charge of S$15 will be imposed if no one is around to accept the goods.
All delivery dates are estimates only and time is not of the essence of the contract. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from or consequential upon delay in delivery.
